nice quiet location, about 500 meters from the beach and 2000 m from the town (if you expect a fun, Restaurant, Bars, .. so it is not the place for you)

Great location, very peaceful and away from main roads. Beach is just walking distance away and supermarkets are close by. Furnishing is basic but serves the purpose well. Apartment was spacious and kitchenette was adequetly equiped. Beds were comfortable
A phone in the apartment would have been ideal. Lot of roaming charges could be avoided. Didnt get a sea view apartment due to miscommunication however agency did compensate for this. So make sureyou specificallyaskfor sea biew apts.

La Misuaglia is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the lovely Marinedda beach.The apartments are in well-kept grounds - ours had a spacious terrace with table and chairs so we could sit out and eat (most apartments seemed to have a balcony/terrace). The agency was professional and really helpful - we had a problem with the apartment we were in on the first night as the boiler broke, but the agency moved us to another flat that same evening. The second flat was better furnished with a good range of cooking utensils, crockery etc in the kitchen, and even a small washing machine. We'd hired a car, which was useful for getting to get to the shops (a short drive away, but a bit of a walk) as well as exploring inland or along the coast. If you want to stay local, there are footpaths around the headland and Booked.nets for hire on the beach, and la Marinedda is good for swimming -- we were quite content to while away the hours there!
The water pressure in the apartment wasn't great so the shower was slow. The apartments appear to be privately owned and run by different agencies - at least that was our impression. The apartments may vary in the quality of the furnishings (see other reviews on this too), as the furniture in the second flat we were in was much better. Not a complaint but a word of advice, be prepared for mosquitos!
